Taking on the Jellies

I've always had a love-hate relationship with the beach. While it's beautiful and relaxing, laying uncomfortably on a towel, sweating in the sun, and jellyfish stings don't sit well with me. Lately though, I've realized that in a couple months I'm leaving for college, and my fifteen minute drive to the beach won't be there. I've been enjoying the beach in new ways now... sitting at the water's edge with a book, taking a walk, and braving the jelly-infested waters. I guess you don't know what you've got til it's gone... so I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts.

Summer Beauty Essentials

It's been one week since summer officially started, and even though I've been celebrating for about a month now, I'm happy that it's here. Oh, Paris

Since we're just starting to get to know one another, I think you should know one of my biggest dreams... to go to Paris. I don't know when my obsession started, I just know I have it. And I don't see it going away anytime soon. The city seems so enchanting and beautiful and magical, I can't help but wish I was there. Do you ever have the same feeling?
